A Lighter Side of Le Salama
Lunch at Le Salama moves at its own rhythm: shorter menus, lighter dishes, and the same rooftop that transforms after dark. Guests come here between visits to the Medina, or simply to sit somewhere with a view for an hour.
The terrace stays partly shaded through the afternoon, with palms and rattan giving the rooftop a garden feel above the rooftops of the old town.
